Sales Engineer/ Sales Executive (Electronic & IoT products)

You have an exciting opportunity to join a product design & technology company as a sales engineer (IoT & electronic products). You will be part of the expanding sales team which is responsible to provide technical expertise, technical specifications, and demonstration of current company own products and Internet-of-things (IoT) products and solutions.

You will work with a multi-disciplined team of highly motivated and passionate engineer team who has 20 years experience in global electronics and IoT industry and responsible to provide product demonstrations, technical specification, lead technical conversations, understand customer use case, requirements and provide the right product and solutions to our customers. Then work with an internal engineer team for a project plan to ensure that we can deliver the product on time with the best quality, service and meet ISO9001 standard.

Roles & responsibilities
– Gather and deliver customer requirements for demonstration of software/hardware solutions at a customer location, while engaging customer stakeholders.
– Engage daily with a variety of customers across industries to discover and understand their challenges.
– Provide feedback to the team on what works and what doesn’t about new products.
– Work on a small, focused cross-functional team in the areas of project management and Engineering to grow new business.
– Evaluates competitive information, offerings and customer perspectives.
– Create and maintain a relationship with customers and partners.
– Pre and post-sales customer management.
– Supports a sales strategy to increase market share.
– Other assigned tasks from the head of sales.

– Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
– At least 1-year experience in this field.
– Passionate and proud to be part of technology and product design company own by Thai people who work as global culture and system.
– Interest in Internet-of-things and technology in general
– Based in Bangkok with some customer visit in Thailand is required.
– Excellent presentation, good communication, and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work independently and as a team.
– Friendly and enthusiastic personality.
– Fluent in English. Other languages are an asset and will be put on good use.
